we have developed an all-new Magnetic Roller for the removal of ferrous metal
contamination from a wide spectrum of cutting fluids and oils.

Cleaning:
Contaminated fluid is fed into the inlet feed tray, which allows the fluid to spread out evenly.
The fluid then passes the adjustable baffle plate and onto the magnetic roll surface where
the particles are attracted.
Once attracted, particles follow the rotation of the roll until it reaches the cleaning blade. This
the blade is positioned to efficiently wipe off any collected contamination allowing it to fall freely
into a collection bin.

All neat oil and water-based fluids.

Between machine and fluid tank.
