At NTPC Gadarwara 2 nos LVDH Oil Filtration machine has been supplied, Both machines commissioned in the month of sep 2024 at Gadarwara Boiler HPU oil skid.The professionalism and technical support provided by M/s Kleenoil representative during the installation and commissioning phase were exemplary, ensuring a seamless integration into our system.After the installation of LVDH Oil filtration machine we have observed improvement in the Oil quality which ultimately enhance performance of our equipment. Now, the moisture content and NAS value of HPU oil skid is within the prescribed limit. It clearly indicates that performance of the equipment supplied by the M/s Kleenoil is satisfactory.Furthermore, quick response of M/s kleenoil team to resolve the site queries are appreciable.

In NMDC Steel Ltd at Nagarnar, we had procured Micron Oil Filtration Machines from M/s Kleen Oil Filtration India Pvt Ltd, and installed them in different Hyd. systems as mentioned below and used them initially for a short period and noticed a quick improvement in oil quality. Subsequently we ran continuously. The results were encouraging and we could improve the oil cleanliness level from NAS-10 to NAS-5 and below.

We were able to maintain NAS < 5 in all of the hyd systems consistently after installation of the above units and the problems were greatly reduced subsequent to the installation. We appreciate the quality & reliability of the machines in improving Hyd.system reliability in our Plant.

2) Oil Filtration done successfully on all three motors. Results were very good. After two cycles we got improved NAS value from 11 to 5 (© 20LPH. each cycle was of 3hrs duration for our oil tank of 65L capacity)
